I know this is against the rule but my wife, s.i.l. and nephew all make great fried chicken. We eat chicken so often here, i never order chicken when i am out. occasionally i may order chicken parmesan if we are out at a good Italian Restaurant.

But I meet very few fried chickens that I don't want a long term relationship with. Popeye and the Colonel, Shoppers, Nicks, FastStop....love love love. Chaptico chicken edges them out because it's incredibly tender and moist.
