I don't think I will either. I'm just debating when I want to put it on the market. I want to wait until the end of August for various reasons, but I'm worried I might have a hard time selling it then.
It probably wouldn't hurt to sell sooner. Maybe move in with your parents for a month or so if it sells quickly. That's better than being stuck with it.

Where is Hampshire located?

Behind the mall, down the road from Westlake. It's across the street from an elementary school but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it and I pass it every day!

Put it on the market now and put the price up a little. If it sells before you're ready to go, see if you can rent back from them for a few weeks.

There is a bunch of stuff I still need to do to the place before I sell. Paint some rooms, fix my fence and a few other things. I was planning on staying in my place for a couple of years, but I'm getting married and will be leaving the country in January - so I don't need my place anymore. I was thinking about putting it on the market in May. But I really wanted to wait until August; but if I'm going to get a better price by putting it on the market early summer I guess I'm just gonna have to do that. :ohwell:

I have to paint some rooms and fix my fence as well. But mine will be on the market before May if possible, even though I'm getting ready to build so I may have to rent for awhile.

It is very hard to find temp rentals. I had to do a 6 month lease which was good in the end because our house went a month over on the build.

I'm looking for a house. BadGirl said she would buy me one!
Girl, you know that if I could afford one, I would do it. Heck, I'd buy you two - one for the kids, and another for us girls, for when we watch Lifetime movies all day long and eat Chese Doodles and stare at our Cabana Boy as he takes care of our pool for us.

Smarty pants. Don't even lie, you know I'll be the first person you call when you and Badgirl decide upgrade to a McMansion on the water.
I was just on the phone with my financial guru trying to find a creative way to pay for our addition.

If that pans out like I hope, we won't be needing to move/upgrade for a very L-O-N-G time. But if we do, you'll be the first person I call.

 Slightly offtopic, but have you talked to your co-worker "E" about the cost estimate he was given for his addition? :yikes: :faint:

I think I may very well have Julz hooked up. :yahoo: We shall see this afternoon.

Depends on asking price and price buyer is willing to pay. Many sellers ask too much..So right price will sell right away. All about $$$$$$$$
