Don't know. Just saw someone on TV say, as long as they are embroiled in war with Russia - they can't be admitted. They must have sovereignty over their own nation beforehand.

What are we paying the UN for? Isn't their main mission the maintenance of international peace and security. Yeah I know, it seems their prime objective is to abscond with as much money as they can hide, but what are the good for - absolutely nothing.
