When all the folks you hand selected to run your executive departments, when none of them come out to support your second run, with several running against you, that doesn’t point to him being a good boss.
In fact - passing a budget is pretty much the only thing they do - all the rest is arguing over how to spend it and what to spend it ON.
And they never really pass a budget at all - we now run on continuing resolutions. EVERY Congress has a year to do it, and it is never done on time if at all.

If Trump is reelected I just fail to see how anything will really change, other than him being the center of attention. He has fewer allies now, will likely have at least a democratic senate to gridlock things. Maybe he gets another Supreme Court justice? I like the rulings they have been making lately, so I won’t have an issue with that.
