That looks pretty safe to me

It looks as if she would have hurt her wrist, but no she was fine. Its a big air cushion matt the entire red ring and the cover on the base of the bull.

That's all fine and good if you just get thrown. It's when your face comes in contact with the bull that presents a problem.

Sorry to hear this. I did not know the details of your incident :flowers:

What I have seen at Monks is very mild action rideing compaired to other places.

Bikini Bull Riding will be back at Monks on August 24th (friday). There is also $1 domestic bottles and a DJ will be there. Anyone can ride the bull all night long. The bikini bull riding contest is after midnight and open to all ladies 18 or older with a bikin top or bra on. The winner gets $200 and the runner up gets $100. The winner is determined by audience response (a decibel reader is used). So to win, all you have to do is bring all your friends to hoot and hollar for ya! The 1st and 2nd place winners are entered into the grand championship in December. The winner of that gets $500 cash!

It was a lot of fun last time, but sound system wasn't working really well and people were confused as to when the competion really was. If you have any questions feel free to email me.

I'd like to formally invite the girl that works there at lunchtime wearing the red gym shorts :hot: to join me on the bull.

Thanks. I lost a few brain cells that night, too. I never did get my memory back completely. :ohwell:

Anyone considering riding a mechancial bull needs to really think about it. It took me a year to recover from that incident, and I spent a day of my life, every other week, in a dentists chair.

Which is why the pros now wear a helmet with a face mask. That's when they are riding a real bull, that is.
