JFC. Seriously? A guy should have to ask that to find out? She knew that she had an incurable deadly disease and didn't tell him. The ##### deserved to die.

I do agree she had a responsibility to tell him, however, we all know people can and do lie, so it is good to take precautions to protect yourself just in case until you know the person better.

I bet there are a number of selfish/uncaring people who are HIV positive that do not tell their partners. It's sad but true.

That's why people need to protect themselves. People with HIV can lie and say they don't have it.

I've heard of people with HIV actually deciding to infect as many people as they can because they were infected unsuspectingly.

She knew, so she should have told him.
