I think that not disclosing a STD, HIV, etc to a sexual partner is wrong, but this is crazy. The article didn't say he is actually infected (maybe he is but they didn't mention it). What if he killed her and she didn't "kill him." And leaving her in that way for her kids to find, that is super shiddy. Not to mention stabbing someone in the neck can cause spray so he could have infected himself through that if he wasn't infected.

Then she still deserved it. If a man shoots a woman with the intention to kill her but somehow doesn't hit her in a fatal spot does he get sentenced to life in prison?

I know I would be mad as he!! about something like that. I had that HIV crap once and danged if it wasn't a total beeyatch to get it cured. I hope I never catch it again!

My friend had a girl tell him that she had herpes before they were going to do the act, he stopped but he got a new found respect for her and now they are great friends. That was pretty cool of her.

what is it, something like 75 or 80% of the population has herpes of some form?

Makes me glad Im ugly, I might not have avoided these things in my younger day....

but still, doesnt the person with herpes have to have an actual breakout at the time in order to pass it on? (not that I have a need to worry about these things, Im sure that Lisa Tippet is clean.)

I believe it is ...... IIRC people have gone to Prision for attempted murder for lacing coffee with AIDS infected Blood
