If you mean Libby, look at where we are now; still no definitive, stand up and make the front page declaration that there was no law broken. I don't think he or anyone knew, fact certain, what Plame's status was going to viewed as. Certainly, with all the talking about this there had to be a decision on his part to tread carefully and fudge what he knew and when.

If that's reason for jail in politics, we need more jail space.
