I know this dog and the people it belonged to. They let the dog out for his bedtime potty break and he had run off. Made it all the way to the bridge and got hit by a car. They are beyond themselves with what has happened. The county removed him on Friday (I think). He always had the cutest sweaters/shirts on and would actually hide if he didnt have one on. So unfortunately it was not the pet in the ad, although I hope she does find her dog.

OMG! Thank you for informing us of this. What a horrible, horrible story. I am so sorry for the people who this precious angel belonged to. I can not imagine their pain and heartbreak.

Not a problem, this was the first that I saw of the thread or I would have posted sooner. I know what it is like to lose a pet and get your hopes up only to find out it wasn't yours.
