We had some wings and tenders yesterday that were pretty good. Service was a little slow because they seemed to be short on people, but the food came out rather quick. It seems like they're wasting a lot of space with that open floor between the bar and the seating area with only one table right in the middle.

finally made it there for lunch. Went with the whole office. I don't see them lasting long if they can't have a quick turn around for the PAX lunch crowd. It took them over an hour to make me a salad. The food was really good...tried some wings.....think if they can get a good crowd in there for a happy hour and just bs-ing crowd ; they'll be alright; but if they can't get the kinks worked out soon-word of mouth is gonna hurt them. The serving staff was very polite and friendly but the kitchen was extremely slow and the manager was a complete blankityblank. After waiting on my salad; and watching everyone else at the table down 5lbs of wings and their subs...I asked a waitress to please send the manager out....but he told her to relay the message to me that he was "too busy". (gets a big fat A++ for jerk of the year on that one)....after waiting another 15min. I sent a different waitress in to get the manager.....he comes by my table like he was going somewhere else so I grabbed him and asked him if he was "still too busy"....he informed me that yes, he was....I complained about the length of time for my salad and he said "I know...I don't know what is wrong back there".and walked off......no sorry for the wait..no I'll go in right now and put a rush on it.....not even a would you like another soda on the house while you are waiting.........ended up getting my salad after everyone had already finished and had to take it to go. Took 2 hours in all just to get a salad with 3 pieces of chicken on it.
Think they need to rethink their customer service for the lunch crowd. Noticed they had 4 other tables give up on waiting for their food and walk out only paying for their drinks. (and it wasn't even that busy)

I ate there yesterday... they were slow to take our orders, but the food did come out pretty quickly.
I had a dozen wings with the "Rooster" (hot) sauce.
Very good, although next time I think I'm gonna kick it up a notch. "Rooster" wasn't enough for me.
No other complaints, except that if you order a water, you get a $1 bottle of it. I guess a free glass of tap water isn't an option now.

Seems this place will go the way of all the other restaurants and clubs that have been in the location. The food business is very unforgiving. Get it wrong too long and the word gets out and business dries up.
