Can't tell. I see a few seconds of another dumb ass trying to keep it real, then blackness, then woman on the floor. No telling what happened. I would suspect the officer laid the smack down, but once again, human turd behaves herself, incident doesn't happen. You can do a lot to make sure you don't get your ass kicked by the police.

I agree, but you think it is cool have a police officer beat a woman's face in while in hand cuffs even if she is behaving like an ass?

I mean come on, it is pretty obvious what happened there. She is being a PIA, he turns the camera off and then she is getting up out of a puddle of her own blood on the floor.

Then it is time for cover up........ "she fell" sure...

Like SMcop said the once a cop has lost integrity then they can't be trusted with a badge anymore.

No, I was implying that if you behave yourself you can generally avoid negative attention from authority figures. Didn't imply anything about it being cool to beat people who are already restrained. :confused:

I agree with that. I have alot of motivation to avoid getting any unwanted attention from police, so I know that as good as anyone. <--- Meaning that I like my job and I like owning guns. So I'd be the first to tell you that getting yourself in these situations to begin with is about as dumb as it gets.

Again I just can't stand cops that abuse power and lie.

I understand all the BS they put up with. I have family that are LEO's in some of the worse places in MD. I still wouldn't make excuses for them if they were behaving inapprotiately like some of the ones I post about on the forums.

It looks like the woman fell down on her own. It doesn't look like the cop pushed the woman down the steps on purpose. It definatly doesn't look like he tried to stop her from falling.

I hate construction workers that cant build houses with straight walls, I hate customer service workers who are bothered by people in their line, I hate doctors with zero bed side manners...walk a block in an officers shoes before you whine about his actions. If you havent you have no idea how you would react when your time comes. It isnt like they spend their day in constant contact with the best people our nation has to offer. If they are abusive they get weeded out there is a process just like all the other jobs I talked about.

the DEPT found in her favor so The Dept should be paying off her medical bills and if she was not prosecuted she should be able to get the whole thing Expunged ... so It will be like it never happened


... was rushing her out of the bar and pushed her down the stairs .... I guess the Biatch was not moving fast enough ....

...found he pushed her .... but not decide wither it was intentional ..... HTF do you push someone and it not be intentional .....

.... entered innaccurate, false or improper info on the report .....


..... so when a subject (operantly we are not CITIZENS, but SUBJECT to the whims of POLICE) lies on a police report it is a crime punishable by jail time .... when a cop lies .... oh right cops never lie and are perfect angels .... the get 8 hrs with pay ....

The lying about it is what I have the biggest problem with.

Was looking for the always interesting excuses some cops come up with to defend other cops bad behavior.

I just logged in with that account because someone sent me an email. I hope you don't think I was trying to pretend to be someone else. I hope I made it clear to all who I was!

There's a difference though AK. I defend cops, and give them the benefit of doubt. Like the five year old thread. I always said the cops were wrong, just don't think they should go to jail.

But it isn't any different than if those cops were two hunters in the field trying to kill the snake. I wouldn't have wanted the hunters to go to jail either!

I condemn bad cop behavior!

so a careless Hunter Kills one of your Children and you'd be ok with him getting a pass for his careless mistake ........ Dude you are ####ed up ..... the point was the malfeasance on the part of the COPS and are professional and should have "Training" (not to do some stupid #### like that).... failing to clear the back field b4 shooting .... usuing a 9mm, where a 12g would have been more appropriate ....
