Update:

I have confirmed for North Point High Schools Job Fair on 4/25 in Waldorf. Many companies will be their speaking to HS students.

I am not sure if other students looking to network will be allowed on campus, but it does not hurt to contact the HS Career center for more info.

http://www.ccboe.com/northpoint/

See you around. I'm usually working out at Pro-Fitness in the morning and evening.

Usually helping cocky young athletes by telling them to wear a belt and not try and prove themselves to each other by being stupid. But, do they listen to me? No.

They'll learn. One torn Pec and little Johnny will be humbled.

I figure a guy who was pulling 647.5 in the dead and benching 405 before his injury might have some influence, so if you are the parent of young male teens working out at PF-California, I have my eye on them. I don't engage them directly, but yesterday some 17 yo was trying to blow out his achilles heal, so I gently suggested he drop the weight down and focus on stretching. We shall see.

That guy is a NSO at your wonderful workplace. Don't you feel safe... And, yes, I too am an NSO

Awesome that you are so well connected. But, D is not my GS.

See you at the gym. Maybe we can discuss how security can be involved as well. Nuclear Security is going to be huge if CC is to expand.

We need a core of professional NSOs to do outreach as well to military members and other sources of professional security trainees.

It would be great if you would split this thread so you can reach out and network for this.

No NSO Basic classes until August timeframe I believe. Pax River's military are a good resource since most of them have the qualifications desired for the job...

Very well. See you at the gym. I'm there from 0500-0600 and then usually after work from 1630ish-1900.

I usually wear CEG sweats and a head covering to stay toasty. I am usually around the machine area and cable cross over stretching and being quiet. I was in rehabilitation for 2 years following a severe disc rupture whose severity was escalated by Navy "medicine". A twinge turned into paralysis. Training my body to walk upright again was fun. I'll still do the old moves again, but with much lighter weight and just to keep the joints and ligaments flexible.

It will be a pleasure to meet you. I have been adamant about including the input from NSOs in my YP endeavors. NSO is an integral part of putting power down the grid. It is impossible now without what you all do.

JP has my e-mail and went to my April meeting. He can provide you feedback.

Send me an e-mail and I'll send you a link to our YP site.

Actually, your little slogan should read:

"Fortes Fortuna Iuvat"
instead of

"Fortes Fortuna Juvat"

Latin did not have a J, it used the I and the I is silent.

Also, I ran into our mutual NSO in the gym, not actually ran into him, but we conversed on your plotting. Now I know who you are and I now have the place on lock-down, as you say.

Hey, when would you like my broke, rehabbing, submariner butt to make you cry at PF? Pick a day. Legs, Chest, Back? Your call Marine.

Enjoy your Tiki.

I'll never let a squid thrash me - there's no such thing! Your weights are on the far right, but I will ensure to spot you if needed; I mean those 10-15lb dumbells may get heavy after 8-10 reps ) And, what exactly was my plotting? Error trap = vague/interpretive guidance... Security may have to incorporate a mandatory hands-on search just for you :howdy:

Proof is in the pudding my little Gunny Highway.

I'll see you around the PF or the PA or the OTF, where ever you have your ambushes set up.

Also, what is so wrong with the 10-15pounders. I use them all the time. Form is better than muscling up massive chunks of metal.

Private message me and I'll give you my mobile phone.

Form is negotiable if you are hoisting up big weights. Just gotta touch the chest and go on command, lock it out and rack it. Sometimes you need to just quit pussying around and get after it! My wife doesn't even use 10-15lb DBs!

You are the only one in the gym that will be seen using them besides the women. Afterall, I saw you on your max set with the 45lb bar stuck on your chest while one of the daycare ladies came to the rescue and pulled it off of you and reracked it. You gotta start somewhere right? Maybe it was your pink spandex cutting off your circulation and jeopardized your form...

You are talking to Jason, right?

<I don't want anyone to know about my pink spandex!>

Tell me how to post the pic of me and my spandex and I'll do it!

Manage attachments down at the bottom when you reply. I don't think this 17" monitor is big enough to display your masculine physique. Maybe a 52" would show your gluteus maximus muscles but don't count on it. :yikes:
