For your consideration ...

You must be confusing me with someone else. I've never talked about being a "Sovereign Citizen". Being free to exercise my, (and you exercising your), rights, freedoms and liberties, as guaranteed in the US Constitution, and as enunciated The Declaration of Independence, sure.

"About property tax is one such time." Do you mean when I referred to when all lands, real property, were held in allodial title after the ratification of the Constitution? Allodial being the highest form of ownership possible. Which means that an allodial title land/home owner is free from government intrusions, regulations, taxes? That is not "Sovereign Citizen BS". That is fact.
Allodial title - I’ve been researching that lately trying to determine if it’s worth my time to go for it.

The cool thing about allodial title is that it frees you from having to go fight in a Crusade as part of your vassalage.

Allodial title disappeared in the US shortly afterwards, which you already knew.

And yes, you do Sovereign Citizen crap all the time.

Oh Look, a Federal Land Patent, (allodial title), issued in 1845.

You use the "Sovereign Citizen" label as one who is exempt from all law, an untouchable. When its meaning is a person that may have freehold in land, and where one's labor, and that from which it produces, and the wages it generates, is their private property. Aka, free man or free woman.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. With the acreage of your land, it might be worth pursuing. Though know, that the appurtenances upon the land should be free and clear of all encumbrances, not used as collateral, mortgages, etc..

I've already posted more than one legal definition of allodial title and why it doesn't exist in the US (hint: because all property in the US is subject to Eminent Domain) so I'll let you continue with your circle jerk.

Yes, I know. Eminent domain taking is in the Constitution, with the owner being justly compensated when that occurs. That does not negate the fact that there is still allodial titles of ownership, subject only to eminent domain.
