Kinda flew under the radar, but there were Parliamentary elections in Greenland yesterday. It is reported this morning that the Independence Party won the majority of seats. Could mean that Greenland begins to slowly extricate itself from Denmark. Doesn't mean they come rushing into the arms of the US.
