Pelosi should be going to jail as an accessory to the murder of Ashli babbitt.

Cops go to prison for accidentally killing a violent criminal they are trying to subdue. That cop willfully murdered Ashli Babbitt in cold blood and.....nothing. If anything, they've made him out to be a hero.

We're living in interesting times.

I don't believe he willfully murdered Ashli Babbitt.
He was a Lieutenant promoted far beyond his capabilities.
The usual job of a Capitol Police Officer is opening the door for the politicians and their guests and manning the metal detector. They have little to do with a criminal element or with real police work. Basically they are a Private security detail. They were way over their head on Jan. 6th. and they were purposely set up to fail that day by Nancy Pelosi, who refused to take the help she was offered. This officer was frightened by a situation he was ill trained for. This was a crowd that he didn't open the door for or say Good Morning Ms. Pelosi to as she came to work. That is their normal function. It was a noisy crowd, and he was scared, drew his pistol and fired. He was in a panic.

It's very strange that Pelosi's Committee hasn't brought him before them to question him.
The question of why Pelosi refused help hasn't come up.
Why hasn't the Committee asked why people are still in jail with no speedy trial and no bail for basically trespassing.

But the thing that REALLY REALLY pisses me off is that when Republicans take the House and the Senate after the elections, they will pussy foot around and not hold Pelosi of Schiff or anyone else responsible for the Russian Hoax, the 2 laughable impeachment trials, the 1-6 Committee or the crooked election of Joe Biden.

That's what makes the most logical sense, but I struggle with it because I can't relate. Put yourself in that position: would you turn on someone who had been good to you and gave you opportunities, align yourself with their enemies who are trying to have them actually imprisoned for something they didn't do, would you lie and completely compromise your integrity.....for money?

What kind of person does that?
Have you checked out Michael Steele lately?

Nope. He's one of those that I can't bear to look at. I don't want to see his face or hear his voice. I don't even really want to see his name in print.

****ing traitor POS.
It’s hard to believe there’s someone out there who’s so bad he can make a a regular politician look like a paragon.

Doubts emerge about key witness testimony to Jan. 6 committee

The panel’s summary of the final report indicates that Ornato, a longtime Secret Service agent, didn’t recall the alleged scrum inside the SUV, and in a follow-up closed-door interview with committee investigators, said he didn’t remember the conversation Hutchinson said she had with him.

The select committee also notes that another unnamed witness testified that Ornato relayed an anecdote of Trump’s “irate” behavior when he was told that he would not be driven to the Capitol.

“The Select Committee found multiple parts of Ornato’s testimony questionable,” the report adds, claiming that Ornato seemed to repeat claims found in Meadows’ book — claims that the committee called “intentional falsehoods,” the panel writes.

Hutchinson and the other witness, according to the report summary, describe being told the story by Ornato in his White House office with another Secret Service agent present.

Jan. 6 committee says a Trump-connected lawyer advised Cassidy Hutchinson to mislead the committee on what she knew, CNN reports

An attorney who previously represented a key January 6 witness told them to mislead the January 6 committee about what she knew, CNN reported.

During Monday's final January 6 committee hearing, Rep. Zoe Lofgren claimed an unnamed witness had been advised by someone close to Trump to make statements in an attempt to deceive the committee. And in the executive summary of the January 6 hearings, the committee wrote that an unnamed lawyer had advised their client to "tell the Committee that she did not recall facts when she actually did recall them."

The committee did not name either the witness or the person they claimed tried to influence the testimony.

However, multiple unnamed sources told CNN that Stefan Passantino, a former White House lawyer who served as chief ethics lawyer under former President Donald Trump's administration, was the attorney. CNN reported that Cassidy Hutchinson, a former Trump White House aide who gave bombshell public testimony earlier this year, was the witness. Unnamed sources familiar with the matter also confirmed to The New York Times that Hutchinson was the witness in question.

Two sources told CNN that Hutchinson had relayed the incident to the Department of Justice. Passantino has not been charged with a crime.

In a statement to Insider, Passantino denied the accusations, and accused the committee of not reaching out to him "to get the facts."

This whole thing was a farce from beginning to end.
Now the only lying witness's are the ones that said Trump did not try to commandeer the vehicle.

Cassidy Hutchinson Testifies That Former Trump Ethics Lawyer Told Her to Memory Hole Key Details in Name of “Protecting the President”

According to her deposition, attorney Stefan Passantino, who had previously worked as a White House attorney for Trump, told Hutchinson, who had been subpoenaed by the panel, to “downplay” her knowledge of the events leading to January 6 in her testimony and to also claim she could not recall other important details. Passantino offered to help her find work in what he referred to as “Trump world,” while making it clear he was considering the interests of the former president ahead of her own, she testified. The timing of the offers to “take care” of her financial needs, Hutchinson said, suggested they were linked to her offering testimony that did not hurt Trump or his allies. Passantino even warned her that Trump often read transcripts and bore grudges against witnesses who talked too much.

“We just want to focus on protecting the President,” Hutchinson said Passantino told her before her first interview with the panel. “We all know that you’re loyal.”

Passantino, who was, strikingly, formerly a top ethics attorney in the Trump White House, was paid by a Trump PAC called Save America, to represent Hutchinson. She didn’t know that at the time, because he refused to tell her who was paying him for the work, she said. She also said he shared details about her testimony with other lawyers working for Trump clients against her wishes.

Cassidy Hutchinson says she initially lied to the January 6 committee about a claim that Trump grabbed the steering wheel of his SUV and lunged at a Secret Service agent

When asked about a moment on January 6 when the president is said to have lunged at a member of the Secret Service in the presidential SUV for not taking him to the Capitol alongside protesters, she said she told the panel she had "never heard anything about that."

After the deposition, she told the committee in a separate deposition that she broke down in front of Passantino out of fear that she had just lied to the committee.

"Stefan, I'm ****ed. I just lied," Hutchinson said she told Passantino. "I lied, I lied, I lied."

In a later deposition, Hutchinson told the committee she continued to be riddled with guilt after not being entirely truthful to the committee in her first deposition.

"Stefan, I feel really guilty and bad about not answering some questions today," she said she told her counsel.

It's all Bullshite .... the Agent Hutchinson quoted testified he said made no such statements

in fact the described act was impossible to make ... there was no way Trump could ' lunge at the steering wheel '

We knew she lied when she was lying. The only ones who believed her are the glassy eyed bots who mindlessly hate Trump because their cult leaders tell them to. Even the J6 committee knew she was lying. The media who reported it knew she was lying.

Have you watched the video? She repeatedly ignores an officers instructions to stop while kicking in a glass window and climbing through it.

If she did that to your trailer you would be claiming self defense.

Who told you Pelosi refused help and why do you keep repeating that lie?. The president is the only one who can call in the national guard and Trump refused to do so despite Pence and Mccarthy begging him to.

The officer responded as he was trained to a crazed misguiding lunatic breaking into a secure government area after repeatedly being told to stop.

Watch the video and stop making crap up.

Oh please, you filthy hypocrite cultbot. Weren't you whining and throwing yourself on the floor over George Floyd and all those other "unarmed black men"? (Yes. Yes, you were) Yet here you are insisting that the ONLY thing that cop could have done against that little bitty woman was shoot her to death.

"Oh, she kicked in a window and tried to climb through it! :jameo: "

You Democrats suck.

When did George Floyd attempt to break into a secure government facility despite repeated warnings to stop?

If you watch both videos its clear that Chauvin was a murderer who knelt on someones neck for 9 minutes.

Meanwhile the captiol police officer was doing his job and securing the capitol against brain washed zombies.

You are a Liar or Stupidly Ignorant ..... Jan 6th Committee is LYING to discredit Trump and Cover Pelosi's deceit

Trump, National Guard and Jan. 6: The Truth

If former President Donald Trump's word is not enough, an official Capitol Police timeline and Pentagon memo also back up his assertion that he authorized the use of the National Guard in the days before the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Trump and several of his aides have steadfastly maintained he offered to send at least 10,000 National Guard troops to Washington to aid in crowd control, but his overture was rejected by Congress and D.C. officials.

That version of events has been disputed by the House Jan. 6 select committee — composed entirely of Democrats and Republicans who have criticized Trump. That group has alleged Trump that ultimately instigated what it terms an "insurrection," and committee members argue there is no evidence Trump made such an authorization for National Guard troops, or that anyone stood in the way of an order if one was made.

Trump disputes leading any violent protests and points to a speech just before the Capitol breach at which he urged supporters to protest "peacefully and patriotically."

An official timeline of the events leading up to Jan. 6 that was constructed by the Capitol Police and the Pentagon provides key evidence Trump and his administration took steps to provide National Guard troops and sought to have a peaceful event, contrary to the House committee's claims.

Newly released Capitol Police timeline exonerates Trump, says Pentagon offered National Guard four days prior to Jan. 6

Ex-Capitol Police Chief Says Requests For National Guard Denied 6 Times In Riots

Sund contradicts claims made by officials after Wednesday's assault on Capitol Hill. Sund's superiors said previously that the National Guard and other additional security support could have been provided, but no one at the Capitol requested it.

Sund told the Post that House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving was concerned with the "optics" of declaring an emergency ahead of the protests and rejected a National Guard presence. He says Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger recommended that he informally request the Guard to be ready in case it was needed to maintain security.

Like Sund, Irving and Stenger have also since resigned their posts.

Sund says he requested assistance six times ahead of and during the attack on the Capitol. Each of those requests was denied or delayed, he says.

Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser also wanted a light police presence at the Capitol. She reportedly wanted to avoid a similar scenario as last summer, when federal forces responded to demonstrators opposed to police abuses who assembled near the White House.
