The Big green egg is everything its cracked up to be(stupid pun I know). It can hold low & slow temps for 24+ hours no problem, it can also get up to searing temps for steaks. Pricey but will last forever.[/]
Price is part of the equation. The vision b I can get for 600, the others go over a 1000. Last forever and a reallly good product is what I'm looking for.
Just curious why you are interested in a ceramic cooker? As a BBQ aficionado myself, I've never really considered a ceramic cooker for my arsenal. Not that there is anything wrong with it, just would like to hear your thoughts.
. They don't have a large cooking surface either so that limits the use for entertaining.
