Chevon/Goat meat

Define properly. In relation to cooking a goat, of course. :lmao:

Well, don't do what I did and accidently nuke it in the microwave when trying to defrost it. :lmao: I think with things like lamb, venison, etc the meat shouldn't be overcooked. Tends to really dry them out and make it tough.

Reminds me of the first time my mom bought a cut of lamb to try. She microwaved it and then said she didn't like it. :lmao: Not sure why in the world she ever did that.

We don't need to prove we're cool
Speak for yourself. :neener:

I think it's good to try new things. I don't even really eat meat that often anymore, but I hear this is lean and a good source of protein. It's a little unsettling because I think goats are cute, but I think cows are cute too and I ordered a hunk of that, so why not at least try it? :lmao:

Oh, okay. I don't defrost in the microwave because it always seems to make the edges tough. I was thinking of cutting it up and doing some kebabs, but our grill is all messed up.

You should schedule an appointment pronto with your family dentist to remedy that. <----straight grill :yay:

You got chops, right? Some garlic salt/pepper and broil for a few minutes each side.
