Proof please.. Last I heard they did three recounts in Fl and all three Bush won.. EVEN after GORE insisted that the absentee ballots that were sent in by military members serving abroad NOT be counted. There's a similar one - and perhaps the one you're referring to - that from polling data purports a substantial increase of "excess deaths" - which has been released before each of the last two elections, but which statistically cannot be corroborated by anything resembling logic or reality.
