My shopping is done for the most part, wrapped and bagged. Car gets serviced in the morning, then a stop at Bradfords for a dessert and adult beverages. Then off to my sisters house and make the scalloped potatoes for dinner. Gift exchange with the family and dinner and a sleepover.

We got to KS Sunday to be with my mom this year. Went to my brother's yesterday (about an hour from my mom) and will come home this weekend. Will get together with our girls sometime after we get back. Still need to get a few small things for that.

Going to oldest daughters home today for dinner and conversation since youngest daughter works on Christmas day. Not sure if we will do gift exchange today or wait until tomorrow evening for her. I bought a lot of egift cards that will be delivered Christmas day for the ones that are getting them.

Zip. Zilch. Nada. No decorations. No gifts.
Working today. Thursday we will host a turkey dinner with friends.

The tree is beautifully decorated, the presents are all wrapped, and the standing rib roast is marinating. I'm doing a fair amount of baking today, too.

And I was diagnosed with shingles this morning. Ugh! I'll have to send Son to town to pick up my prescriptions.

Holy CARP it's nutz out there!! No parking spaces at HT, Giant was just as bad. Drivers are a bit Christmas stressed. And all I needed was a loaf of bread.

On another note... has anyone noticed the red pot bell ringers? Or lack thereof? I just realized I haven't seen them except for a few days just after Thanksgiving. Not complaining, mind you....
