It really is fun. And it can be set up for "competition" where he can do it first and get scored and then you can do the same dance and get scored. Just be sure to let me know what night is "dance" night so I can peek in the window...

Wasn't it Lynn Swan that took ballet lessons to make himself better on the field?

Otherwise, I would suggest a Red Rider BB Gun. :yay:

Boy is not giving me any ideas this year. All he wants is a pair of "recievers gloves" for football. I hate to tell him the gloves won't help his "hands of stone".

Help me out.
Aren't "receiver" gloves the same as Soccer Goalie gloves, except more expensive?? Soccer goalie gloves are about as sticky as ol Stick-um..

This may sound silly but hear me out... he has a Playstation 2, right? Well, get him the "dance pad" and a Playstation 2 "dance" game that coordinates with it. It simulates the "dance" video games you see in the mall and at hyperspace where you have to follow the arrows on the screen using the correct steps on the pad. It is fun and will increase his coordination.
That's so 90's.. Nintendo Wii is the shiznee.. My oldest son bought it and he brought it here so we could all play it.. what a hoot. you can even put english on a bowling ball to curve it, or backspin on the tennis raquet.. We had a blast..

KFC and Jazz suggested this for your viewing pleasure.
I have that telescope and it is pretty nice. The only drawback is that it is not suitable for terrestrial viewing. (i.e. nocturnal birdwatching) :lmao:

How about a signed football or mini-helmet?

there is a really nice sports store in st mary's square they have everything you could want that has to do with any team maybe a gift certificate and he can pick out what he wants.....

or maybe you could just put cash in a present and make a day of shopping wherever he would like to shop....no matter the age...kids always like money and being able to make their own choices with it...there is probably something he would buy you would have never thought of......at ten you think he is little....he might just like something like a sony portable cd player and some music he likes.. downloaded to cd....i went through this with my son...i was thinking toys he was thinking music and being cool...like the teens...paintball...lazertag......or maybe just a really cool bike......i would check with some of his friends to see what he is interested in it may surprise you......have fun this is the chance for you to grow with your kids instead of them outgrowing you.

And how do you suggest he get his hands on an affordable Wii before Christmas? :coffee:

:yeahthat:

One Christmas we bought our son a signed pic of his hero, Dan Marino. At 23, it's still one of his favorite things.

...have a good K-2?
Is that a guitar? He is not musically inclined. He hates music at school. I told him chicks love rock stars and he said "they like football players more". :ohwell:
