Damn Kyle! Now I'M HONGREY! Loved watching Justin Leonard (?) Think that was his name, Cajun cook w/ red suspenders. He made some awsome dishes.

But what is Andoulee :confused: Never heard of it. What's in it? And ... bring some to the next party. My aunt makes some of the best jumbalaya. I think Crawdads, Turtle, Gator tail are great!:cheers:

Andouille is a very spicy pork sausage used in many dishes. You can get a good version from Woodburn's, but it's not nearly as :yum: as the real thing.
