Trying to figure out how the hell he flipped it..Speeding and texting, off the road and got unlevel?? Saw that yesterday, guy signed off on going to the hospital, probably went home and will be hiding in shame for then next year.
He refused treatment because he was either texting, high, or drunk. ONE of the three applies. Check his cell records.

Do they have a pee test to check if he was under the influence of texting? If not, the first part of your comment doesn't make any sense.

MY comment makes no sense?? You DO know that cell records can be checked if there is suspicion of things like texting-while-driving. Don't you?

Your comment says he refused going to the HOSPITAL because he was TEXTING, high, or drunk. I simply observed that the HOSPITAL cannot verify if he was texting.

Go drink some coffee and come back when you wake up.

 Okay, he may have been texting; he may NOT have been texting. Mea Culpa. You done?

For mail purposes, goes down 235 to Trapp Rd, back up 5 to Great Mills Road, and all the side roads along the way.

Trapp and 5 up to Villa Rd are considered St Inigoes.

I didn't realize that Lexington Park extended all the way down to Mattapany Rd.

You probably see Bay District's Squad but not Ridge's (was dispatched) in the pictures. I am not sure about St. Mary's but Calvert will dispatch 2 rescue squads 2 ambulances and a medic unit for reported serious accidents. Serious accidents, overturned or any accident with possible entrapment.

My guess would be he tried to hotfoot through those nice curves at the end of the road, back end steeped, he overcorrected..... entered the shoulder perpendicular, rolly-polly time.
