A quick thanks to all who posted in this thread. Believe me, there does not exist a dining establishment that never has a bad day, a lazy employee, or a burnt pizza!
That said.....these forums are a great resource for business owners. You have to take the comments as a whole. It's clear who is being constructive, who is playing covert agent to plug their own business, who is trying to run someone down on a personal note and who is just an a__hole. No matter what the agenda is, you can still look for valid comments that will aid you in improving your business.
I often have friends order take out from my restaurant so I can see for myself what's coming out of my kitchen....sometimes a BIG slap in the face! But, if I'm not willing to hear the bad, I'm not interested in improving.
I say again, thanks for all the comments.....they only hurt you if you choose to ignore them!
