You need establish a rapport with your driver ..... like on hot days you need to be in the driveway with a cold bottle of water to give the driver, tell them how hard their job is (it is) then ask how they are doing. The next time the driver sees your name on a box they will stop by with a smile.

Sounds nice, but I rarely see the driver. They pull in, drop off the package in the driveway and are gone before I can even get out of the chair.

But on a better note, one of my FedEx packages actually arrived a day early today. I'm deep into replacing my rear bumper....

I honestly don't remember, it was a year or two ago. I just recall that their merchandise was pretty expensive.
