Apparently I'm not allowed to tease. Must not have read that notice. On the bright side, if you all are any indication on what the average women in the area are like, then you are helping me greatly. I realize now that maybe staying single is not half bad.

I don't think you're going to have a lot of luck around here. All the single ladies I know are single for a reason.
With that said, here's some random ideas....
Do you have a dog? If not, borrow one, a well behaved one, and visit all the dog parks. Pet owners love to talk with other pet owners.
How about joining a gym? I know a lot of young ladies are working out at some of the local gyms. You could try a trial membership and go between 4 and 5 when people are getting off work.
If you're not shy, you could probably pick up some girls at the new Kohls or the Olive garden. Both seem to be hot right now.
If you have a facebook account, see if any of your friends have single friends.
Can't think of anything else. But I tried!

My suggestion is join an adult league sport. If you have free Saturdays you could play parks and recs soccer, there's some girls that play and a few that sit there and watch and try to look cute while mosquitos eat them alive.

"Im not good at ______." ------> Neither is anyone else on the non-competative league if you can breathe and are mobile you'll be fine.
"I dont have much time for practice"-----> They dont practice. Games on Saturday.
