There's where you made the mistake, this isn't a thread about coffee makers, it's a thread about Keurigs (as illustrated by the title "dear Keurig people"), nobody really cares about your B&D crap.

hahaha...Keurig is a coffee maker ...it MAKES coffee from the K-Cups...
The majority of the K-cups are made and sold by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR). The cups do not make the coffee...the Keurig does..thus a single cup coffee maker.

YAY..some one got smart and make a K-cup-thingy that allows you to use your own coffee!! Great idea! Thanks for providing this link!!!!

It doesn't work well. The coffee comes out weak weak weak and it's a mess to keep having to fiddle with it every time you want a cup. I threw mine away.
Dear Keurig,
I have a wonderful Black and Becker "Pod" one cup coffee maker. Better than you as I can make 3 different sizes of coffee..takes a 100% recyclable filter "pod". Makes it quicker than you and I can make my own custon blends with a pod kit!!!
Enjoy the taste of your hot plastic cups..hope your customers enjoy plastic in their coffee!!!!
Oh, and thanks for adding yet more plastic to our landfills!!!
PS: My Black and Decker is an adult..it doesn't need to be "burped"!!!
I bought a B&D coffee maker to tide me over while my Keurig was being replaced* and also so I could get flavored coffee that they don't make for K-Cup. It leaked all over the place, to the point that I kept it in the sink so it wouldn't pee all over my counter and run onto the floor. B&D sucks, as far as I'm concerned.
* Keurig will replace any defective brewer, no questions asked. They really stand behind their product.
But being neither here nor there, to each his own. I love my Keurig, despite its flaws.

My B&D Home Cafe I bought in 2004 and has been perfect since..never a problem. Makes 7,9 or 14 ounce servings. No need to buy new maker cause this one works great!

No young bob..I am enlightened..I use a product that is plastice free to begin with!!! Now I can offer better options for those like you who are in the dark and keep pitching plastic into the trash!
