My SO bought a Presto Cool Daddy at Wal-Mart. It was under $30, and it's perfect for one, or two.

Thats what I have, I love it. works great, super easy cleanup, and it doesnt use much oil because it is fairly small. I do my chicken in an electric skillet, so I don't need a big one.
