This is what happens when budget cuts result in cutting Art education out of the schools. We do it to ourselves by not getting our priorities straight. Add testing & cut out Art & Music -- idiots!
In fact, one of the first budget cuts Prez. Baja would make is the National Endowment of the Arts & the BOE goes bye bye.

Actually, I'd cut the NEA, too. They're really far, far out there with what they do and that money could be better spent elsewhere these days.
