I know I could easily look up a recipe online (recipezaar or recipes.com) but you guys gave me SUCH a good steak last week and it's nice to actually hear feedback from people who've actually eaten it!! Now husband desires meatloaf (boring) So I'm back soliciting free advice...well...errr.. recipes !!

but the lack of a recipe is the best part of meatlof I just throw a bunch of crap in the meat (oatmeal or panko, eggs, spices)..and then mix worstshire, ketchup, some random spices, and brown sugar to make the sauce.

Sometimes I will make several smaller meatloaves and put them on a cookie sheet (they cook faster and are easier to serve) and stuff them with chredded chedder cheese

This is way late, but I have a taco meatloaf recipe somewhere around here if you're interested and it was really good! it probably won't agree with any diet though

Finally tried Olive Garden, Mom's request for her birthday. Ate too much, came home and we had cake and black cherry ice cream. I can't move, but the sugar rush makes me want to.
