I have never been able to cook rice. EVER. So my cousin started to sell Pampered Chef and I bought a "micro cooker plus" steamer. Tonight, I was so excited after using it for the 1st time. Perfect rice. 1st time! EVER!
Put rice on plate and shook what I thought was some soy sauce on it. WRONG. Worchestershire sauce (damnit the bottles look the same!) and added stir fried vege and chicken.
Ate it anyways. No use wasting the meal.
Leftover rice and mix will have soy sauce!

Thank you. Is the one behind CVS one of the walk in places? I've been to that before to get an earplug removed. I had an office mate at one time that wouldn't stop talking (who does that sound like) and I finally bought earplugs to block her out and shoved it so far down I couldn't pull it out.

I'm not sure if it is or not.

Bought an Oven Stuffer Roaster yesterday and it came out amazing! Stuffed the cavity with onions, apples, and garlic. Placed pats of butter under that skin, then seasoned with Montreal Chicken Seasoning, and baked at 350 degrees. 😍

Does it make a difference on high the sides of the pan are? I usually just stick mine in the same deep sided pan and a triangular rack thing that I use for turkey. I've never had it come out like that though.
It does as you can see. This is a drip rack pan, so the sides are flush with the rack and heat circulates evenly around the food. I got it from Walmart for about $15. Great for making crispy bacon in the oven, too.
