Here's the recipe. Butter in the pan, butter on the bread, cheese in the middle. Turn on high. Leave the room, when the smoke detector goes off, it's ready to turn.
What kind of cheese do you use? Sometimes we thow in Muenster with white American. Good mix!

I make a mega-toasted cheese. Bread, mayo, cheese, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, mayo, pepper, oregano, bread. Grill.

Had NY strips on the grill Sunday with taters and asparagus. I also made Monday nights dinner yesterday, creamy, cheesy chicken enchiladas! Cooked the chicken, made the filling, just have to assemble the enchiladas tonight and bake.

I should probably look that up, I've read about it before. Maybe I'll do that for me for dinner.

I don't know what's the matter with me lately, I don't feel like cooking at all and I keep buying food and squirrelling it away, then throwing it out. I'm dreading tonight, I take my son out to Wendys on Tuesday and Thursday and I've been under the assumption all day that today is Tuesday and it's not and I have to cook dinner. Again.

Maybe it's my cold, I'm on Dayquil during the day and Nightquil at night and all I feel like doing with any passion whatsoever is sleeping.
You would make a grilled PB just like cheese. Two slices of bread, butter and PB in a frying pan. Warm and gooey.
I have been cooking a lot lately...the people at work are loving it! Currently eating two artichokes and have a chicken stir fry ready to go for dinner.
Hope you feel better. It sounds as though you have a full plate (minus the food!) and you are worn down. :huggy:

OMG artichoke, you know how to make artichokes?. I would kill to know how to make artichoke. I can't even peel them or whatever you're supposed to do artichokes and I love them.
I boiled them in a deep pot, covered for about 1.5 hours. I eat them with a little mayo. Unfortunately, the store had cut the stems off and the heart of one of them literally fell apart. The heart is the best part but you never want to eat the fuzzy part. They were a get afternoon snackie!

There is an artichoke dip I make that uses jarred artichokes. Drain and chop, add mayo, pepper and parm cheese and bake. Eat with crackers. YUM! ( I have also added garlic)

I've seen them, I've just never eaten them.
You do know that dill is a plant, right?
