After being Miss Fire Safety advice to SG, I let a pan of water burn down, smoked up the place and it's too cold to open the windows (I did for a little while). My eyes are burning. That's it so far

Two of the four that I have hit over the last 30 years ran into my car/truck, the other two got hit broadside....

Probably not. As I was working on the truck so I could get it home, remorse started to morph into anger. I froze my fingers off, but I successfully bypassed the aux cooler after locating the 1 screw holding the grill in and removed it.

I have a rub between the bent bumper and oversized tire, but only on sharp left turns. I took the route home with the least of those. I'm pulling the bumper on Friday. They're fairly common in the bone yards and not overly expensive. I'll be back to "normal" in no time. I was going to replace the grill anyway. The oil cooler is cheap and local.

I'm going to do a chuck in the crock pot early Friday morning. Can I just keep it in the refrigerator until then or do I have to freeze it?

Should be fine in the fridge.

Thing2 brought us a present tonight! He smoked 2 pork shoulders and brought one over. OMG, it is delicious!!

We'd already eaten dinner tonight, but we'll have this for dayz - I might need to bring some to work.

Linner! French dip with provolone. Lemon blueberry Bundt cake. Followed by a peach bubble bath in a few minutes. Perfectly lovely day.
