Do you remember when?

.75 crab cake .25 beer life was good, huh?

I wasn't in MD early enough to cash in on the cheap seafood, but I do remember the 50th anniversary A&W menu (original menu prices) that had root beer for a nickel and a small burger for I think 15 cents. Guess that's not that big a deal though, McDonald's went back to 29 cent hamburgers for a time in the late 90s too.

That's noon to midnight. Why, because P.M. starts at 12:01 pm. An hour is 60 minutes and you can't start counting at 0, you have to start at 1.

It is noon to midnight.. The sign was a typo. Those were correct statements...

However you do start counting at 0. You finish counting at each increment including 1.
From 0 to the number 1 You have fractions that count. you start at zero.. 0.5 is counted before you get to 1.

12 a.m. 12:30 am 1 a.m. 2 a.m The clock second hand starts counting at 0, and when it gets to 1 that's 1 whole that you have finished counting, not started counting. If you stop counting at 2, you still started counting at 0, from 0.

even at 12:01 pm you still started at 12:00 pm. The P.M. series started at 12:00 where you started counting. It did not change to p.m. at 12:01. It changed to p.m. at 12:00.

When your digital clock turns to PM it's 12:00:00 not 12:00:01 not 12:00:00:01

But you have no length at zero, it's only past zero that you have a measurement. 0 is nothing, it's a simple concept and not up for debate.
