Have you started the paperwork with Calvert county to make your home based business legal? You may run into problems with water and sewer.

Yeah things may have changed...also different counties..I know I did my stuff with planning and zoning and permits almost 20 yrs ago..I am sure stuff has changed and I am considered agriculture as I am on a farm not a housing development...so do make sure all thats ok...again good luck

Clipper's has expanded to include a groomer and she had a lot of problems with the county. She was opening a business inside of an existing business.
2 years ago, a groomer in PF had to add a handicap restroom and a water fountain to her shop to get the U&O.
Not to be negative but who knows how Calvert will react to a groomer starting a business in a residential neighborhood?

Actually Clipper's has had absolutely no problems with the county as far as the new grooming services are concerned. Fortunately things are going very well!
