On my way to work this morning, I saw a dog with a red collar heading north on the shoulder of Rt. 5, close to Berts. I made a U turn and tried to get him/her to come to me. No Luck. The dog looked like a shephard mix, mostly black and a red collar. If this is your dog, please go get him/her.

I get so worried when I see pets wandering outside. I see people let their dog out their front door, they have no fence, and their dog gets near the road. Scares me. Would they do that with their kids?

I know what you mean, some people shouldnt have pets much less kids. Not sure what the circumstances are with this dog, but hope he/she makes it home safely.

Made my heart race for a moment. I have a mostly black GSD with red collar. Called home and she's sleeping in her bed.

I too get very worried when I see animals wondering the streets. Most people won't stop to help them nowadays. Hope he/she finds their way home safely.

Glad yours was where she was supposed to be. Hopefully the other made it to their home. I hate seeing an animal roaming the street, especially when you see a collar on it because you just know that some poor family is frantic with worry about there four legged family member.
