Dr. Miller ?

Does anybody know if he takes Aetna... and do I have to set up an appt to meet him before I have my baby? Dr. Polko's office had me fill out a birth plan & I thought they said they let him know when I have the baby, and he or one of his dr.'s come to the hospital after she's born. I"m already 38 wks.. I know I should have started thinking about this sooner, but I'm always so busy, I kept putting it off.. :doh:

Yes he takes Aetna, and not sure about the other. I would think he would need to know you want him as the babies doctor.

I"m sure he has a phone #, but I forgot where I put it.. I'll have to find it... why not dr. miller? He was recommended.. what kind of problems have you had with him?

Too many to count. I suggest you go somewhere else :smile:

Dr. Polko is great though, you did good by having her as your obgyn :yay:

I had heard some good things from a few people when I first moved here but I was not impressed in the slightest. I thought they were Unprofessional, rude, he misdiagnosed my child, etc...

However Dr. Reed who is in Dr. Millers office is great and when I switched pediatricians I told Dr. Reed if he ever started his own practice to give me a call :yay:

I have have had nothing but good times with his office! I switched from Dr Dhillions and could not be more satisfied.

well his office is closed from 1-2. I only have like 4 questions for him.. I'd hate to drive all the way out to his office just to talk to him for 5 mins... I know, I"m lazy.. I'm just ready to have this baby already!

I have Dr. Miller and his number is (301)475-7222.
Not sure if he takes that insurance or not but he does do consultations. I wanted to meet him before I chose who would be my childs dr.

She has been my GP for 7 or 8 years. I love her. She may not be a pediatrician but she does see babies. She was my son's doctor until they quit taking my insurance. I can honestly say that you are the first person that I have ever seen or heard say anything negative about her.

I haven't found one for myself who I really like yet. The one I have now is ok I guess. I only saw her once so may have just been the day or because I didn't feel good.

I did get in touch with his office, and they were able to answer all my questions over the phone.. & because I'm so close to delivering, I'll just meet him or one of his doctors when I deliver, and if I don't like him, then I'll just find a different dr. -Thanks for the info everyone
