Keep your learners in your own state please, we have enough of them in MD.
Thanks for the input. I checked the MD MVA website. Out-of-state learner's permits are not recognized in the state of MD. Nephew was disappointed.

In that case, a license is a license, including a learner's permit. You are able to drive anywhere with it.
