meister here got his Incredible today. :whew: My BB Pearl died a slow agonizing death as its charger contacts were gradually shoved (and bent) up into the phone. I see LOTS of lost productivity in my near future.

I said I could text in emergencies. Ask Christy, I texted her.....once.

It's how me and the kids all communicate..
And all the people at work..
My nieces got me started. Once in awhile, one of them would hear a song we both liked and she'd send me a text telling me she was jammin' to it while driving to work, etc. Or just send an "I love you" txt - stuff like that. Awwwwwww, I just loved it!
But, I found I needed a keyboard to respond in a timely fashion, so I upgraded my phone.

I miss the days when a PHONE was just that, a basic form of communication ...... I remember when homes did not have answering machines ... you left it ring 5-8 times and hung up
and CALLED BACK LATER ..........
