Throwing the deuces
What's the Easter Bunny bringing your kids this year? My kid's baskets will be filled with:

Flashcards (math/spelling for 8yr old and letters/numbers for 5 yr old)
Activity Book of some kind
Hot Wheels (for 5 yr old)
Xbox game (for 8 yr old)
Bubbles
Sand toys
and some candy (neither kid is a big candy eater so maybe M&M's or the like)

My son is 3 1/2 and Daughter is 1 1/2 i am putting camping supplies it theres. Since we are going camping this summer i thought it would be a great time to get it. They will get candy in the eggs that they find.

I do a little bit of candy but also some snack foods - pudding cups, fruit cups, other little things like that. They also get some little toys - actually quite a lot of little toys but nothing like Santa would bring. I think they are each getting new crocs this year in their baskets as well.

Easter is ruined this year! :mad: I haven't been able to find regular sized bags of the Cadbury Mini-Eggs. :bawl: The only ones I've seen are those teeny bags at Walmart for $3. :nomoney:

My Easter Bunny used to hide our baskets so we had to go on a hunt for them and there were always BIG white powdery bunny feet all over the house. We usually got candy, movies, art supplies and plastic eggs with change in them. It was one of the few times we didnt have to put our money in the bank. We got to spend the change however we wanted :biggrin:

How'd your parents do that? I'm starting to lose my 8 yr old on all the magic of Santa, Easter Bunny, etc and that might keep him naive for another year. :lol:

My dad owned a party store and they rented out costumes so he would take the feet home and put flower on them and hop them around the house but I dont see why you can't make some kind of stencil and do it that way.
