I have a Greenworks electric mower and it works well, although it is corded, which can be a pain. But it starts with a push of the button and is easy to use. Not sure if it's the exact one but like this:

Electrical cords are spectacular when plugged in and are accidently cut!Cool thank you. That’s looks like about what I would like. I would just have to remember not to run over the cord. Lol
I haven't done that with the lawn mower, but managed to nick the extension cord when using the hedge trimmer.Electrical cords are spectacular when plugged in and are accidently cut!![]()
I also bought an electric mower from Greenworks!
This is the one I bought - except I got a YUUUGE deal on it - the box had been opened - not sure if it was returned or what. It looked brand new, never used. I got it for $130.00It starts and pushes like a dream!

This might be a tad too big for my yard, and it's an inch wider than my old one - but it was cheaper than the smaller ones I saw when I was looking!Lady I share an office with bought one and she liked it but her yard was just a little too big for it.

I have a 50' cord.Cool thanks how long is the cord?
Thanks for all the info. I really appreciate the helpI have a 50' cord.
Electric lawnmowers have an electric cord (of course) that attaches to the motor, but it's short and typically ends right about where the handle is. You have to plug in an extension cord to THAT in order to mow and they don't come with extension cords.
Also, the type of extension cord needed is different than the ones you use in the home. They have different amps, size (gauge). If you read the details/description to the mower you want or buy, it will tell you the size/amps of the cord you need.![]()
