I purchased an item on ebay (a nintendo game) and the seller listed it as "looks good, plays good". I got the game yesterday, and it looks dirty, rattles, and does not play. I sent a message through ebay and also sent an email directly to the seller telling them the problem and asking for my money back or a replacement. I sent the messages yesterday. How long should I wait for a reply before taking further action? I can get my money back through Paypal, but I'd like to give the seller a chance to make good on this.
