Polls close, all the machines have to be shut down, 2 poll workers have to carry the computer chips to Board of Elections in Leonardtown. Takes more time than getting Leond there.

30 min drive from Ridge to Leonardtown. When I was election judge, our guys were leaving ridge by 8:30.
