Seriously, My SIL had one of these exercise balls. She was temporarily living with the in-laws (my parents) and the grandchildren (all 6) thought it was the coolest toy ever. May as well buy the toy and call it an excercise ball. :shrug:kwillia said:Speak for yourself... I find the cool ribbings add pleasure...

You can't lay on those, though. AND, they're not as heavy as the "exercise" balls and you won't get the same results.Dymphna said:Yes, it is a teeny tiny less durable and doesn't have those cool ribbings, but it really amounts to the same thing.
I agree, Chasey... I must say you know your enlarged balls...Chasey_Lane said:You can't lay on those, though. AND, they're not as heavy as the "exercise" balls and you won't get the same results... and the ribbing makes it much more pleasurable.

I wouldn't trust a kids' toy ball for exercises. They are not constructed with the same strength, and if you have back problems, and that thing pops under your azz when you're sitting on it, you'll create a whole new series of problems.Chasey_Lane said:You can't lay on those, though.
