Enlarged Balls

Ok, I'm too wasted to read this whole thread, but... don't spend $20-30 on an "excercise" ball when you can go to the toy section of Walmart, (right next to the exercise section) and buy the same thing for $2.99. Yes, it is a teeny tiny less durable and doesn't have those cool ribbings, but it really amounts to the same thing.

Seriously, My SIL had one of these exercise balls. She was temporarily living with the in-laws (my parents) and the grandchildren (all 6) thought it was the coolest toy ever. May as well buy the toy and call it an excercise ball.

The exercise balls are good and very effective in doing crunches and against the wall squats.

Google Exercise ball, and it lists a bunch of exercises that you can do. I have them bookmarked at work. I can list them tomorrow or you can do a search for them tonight.

You can't lay on those, though. AND, they're not as heavy as the "exercise" balls and you won't get the same results.

:yeahthat: I wouldn't trust a kids' toy ball for exercises. They are not constructed with the same strength, and if you have back problems, and that thing pops under your azz when you're sitting on it, you'll create a whole new series of problems.
