Are you drinking a lot of water? It's very important for your body to stay hydrated - this also helps to flush impurities out of your body and gives you natural energy. Another thing to keep in mind is that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are toning up but your weight is staying the same then you actually are accomplishing something. What area are you looking to lose the weight in? (Pilates is great for the abs - especially an exercise called "The Plank". )

Yes I do try to drink a lot of water every day. I drink 3 or 4 jumbo water bottles a day. I tell everyone to drink water.
