Well as far as Matties, What is the price? I know some interested candidates. Do they have to pay the back taxes and the back rent to take over the business, Just how does this work. I had questioned earlier about why Matties was closed and after doing some searching I heard that there was a lot of money owed on the business. I also heard there was a big going out of business sale there tonite also. Who was invited? Sure didnt see any advertisement. Who will be doing brunch this week, Matties or the Abells

No brunch, lunch or dinner. The business is gone at this point. The building and land was or is in the process of being sold. Until then the building will just sit.

Good luck putting in a new business now with those bathrooms and all the other problems. I would bet it will never open again. Until they tear it down.
