I hate long toenails. A lady in leonardtown does acrylic (called "pink and white") on toes. It looks REALLY nice, and keeps them very short. And because it's pink and white, no painting is necessary!
I CANNOT let anyone else touch my feet, I'm extremely ticklish. I have very nice feet though, and take good care of them, so they look fine without professional help.vraiblonde said:When the weather breaks, go get a professional pedicure (about $20 and everybody can afford that). Then just remember to use a pumice on your heels when you're in the shower to keep your feet looking sandal-ready at all times.
Before my first pedi, I thought the same. At times it gets ticklish, but it's not too bad. You should at least try it; it's very relaxing.Nickel said:I CANNOT let anyone else touch my feet, I'm extremely ticklish.

I have tried, and had to resist the urge to kick the poor girl in the face.Chasey_Lane said:Before my first pedi, I thought the same. At times it gets ticklish, but it's not too bad. You should at least try it; it's very relaxing.

Sandaled feet should have polished toenails. Barring that, they should be trimmed and neat with no icky gnarly heels.

I'll let hubby know that we could have saved $250 he spent on spikes and the harnessPete said:Wouldn't longer toe nails aide in climbing trees?
