First Tree Down

I sat down to log onto the forums and a Pine Tree came down right outside my window... it took out the trampoline and there's a bike there that I think it got hit too.

What a mess!!

The Thomas Johnson bridge is a bear to get across with the winds but I almost got blown off the road on the way to the bridge on 4 coming home from St. Mary's County....

All this and Ernesto isn't here yet!

Yep, love going over the bridge with high wind. My little Ranger gets blown all over the road. Should be a fun trip this afternoon.

My boss sent us home early because he wanted us to be safe.... good guy...

I happened to be on my front porch calling my roommate at the time. It sounded like a shotgun blast and made me jump as it's only about 30 feet away. It's in the grove of trees that were pushed over by Isabel. As long as it's away from the house, I'm fine with it.

My cat just scared the heck out of me. I heard this banging coming from the other side of the house. She was just being her normal rambunctious self when using the litter box. I guess I'm a little jumpy now.

I have 3 pine trees uprooted so far in my back yard. Thankfully they all fell away from anything that they could damage. (except the neighbors fence)

Damn, I'm anxious to get home and check out my place now. Was hoping the wind would die down a bit before I try to trek across the parking lot.
