Everyone remembers the “Gays Mock Jesus with Last Supper Take-Off” thread and the condemnation by some of Miller Brewing Company’s support. Well, here are some pictures from a blogger who attended the event. A word of warning, the pictures are Not Safe For Work, are very graphic in nature, and might offend many. You’ve been warned.

That being said I can’t imagine why this is allowed on city streets. I don’t care what anyone does in private, or in S&M clubs for that matter. But there is a line that should not be crossed and these individuals should have been arrested. The “lifestyle” folks do not own the public streets and the fact that some of these idiots brought small children with them is beyond disgusting. I’ve seen pics of one little toddler girl with a leather collar on, in the midst of the weenie waving crowd jerking each other off in public. It’s just foul.

Have you ever been to a gay pride parade? If you haven't, let me paint you a picture. Men wearing nothing but sarongs, men wearing daisy dukes, men looking like they just got done having a sexual tryst with Tinkerbell, Rainbows every where you look, men holding men's hands, women holding women's hands, men kissing men, women kissing women, children in the beer tent, water troughs every block for the "fur babies" that are dressed up in rainbow. The whole idea? To be as out there as humanly possible in effort to say "We're Queer, We're Here, Get Used to It!"

Leather Pride is a small faction of the gay community, so it would stand to reason their version of the gay pride celebration would go to just as much excess!

There are people in the gay community who will not go to their PRIDE celebration because they feel it's obnoxious to be so blatently stereotypical in celebrating who they are. The same can be said for the Leather population.

The more upset and the bigger the uproar caused by those who condemn and don't take the time to understand or research simply adds to the publicity of such events which is all the sponsers are looking for.

I've looked at all the pictures, and while I would not participate in any of the events shown, I'm not surprised that they were going on at a leather pride celebration.

Child sexual abuse hurts children.

Crack hurts the people who use it.

Wow, that really plays into the stereotype of gay men being wildly promiscuous and deviant. Going around giving head in public to strangers is NOTHING like shaking hands. Why should gays be the only people that get to pork in public without getting arrested? Because it’s their way of saying “we’re queer”? We know it’s a leather parade doofus. That doesn’t make the activities photographed there any less illegal or acceptable on the publicly owned streets.
