India - with some of the poorest people on the planet, and a huge population, and no where near the infrastructure America has

1. Everyone has ID
2. Everyone votes IN PERSON, ON PAPER

Why is this a problem for the US .....
And they mark their fingers with indelible ink after they vote.

That Thing That Never Happens Happened AGAIN! CO USPS Worker Admits She STOLE Ballots Prior to 2024 Vote

There are always four phases to the Left's argument against an issue:

  1. That thing isn't happening; it's a Right-wing conspiracy.
  2. Okay, that thing is happening, but it's not happening much.
  3. Yeah, that thing's happening and it's a good thing.
  4. It's happening, it's a good thing, and we're not gonna let you stop us. Bigots.

This story is somewhere between Steps 2 and 3.

Here's more from CPR:

One of the women accused of stealing and fraudulently casting more than a dozen ballots ahead of last November’s election pleaded guilty Monday.
Vicki Stuart, 64, was charged with 34 counts related to the ballot theft scheme, which occurred in the lead-up to last year’s presidential election. She pleaded guilty to one count of identity theft and one count of forgery in the 21st Judicial District Court.
For much of the hearing, she answered Judge Brian Flynn’s questions with a simple “yes,” but when asked why she was willing to accept the plea agreement, she responded because “I feel like I am guilty for the part that I played in it.”
Stuart was charged in November with counts that included forgery, identity theft and attempts to influence a public servant. According to the arrest affidavit, Stuart and another woman stole more than a dozen ballots from Mesa County residents before they could be delivered to the intended voters. The goal, prosecutors said, was to test the state’s voting safeguards.
The scheme was uncovered when some voters alerted authorities after the Colorado Ballot tracking system informed them their ballots were being processed, even though they hadn’t received their ballots yet. State officials said three of the stolen ballots that were cast fraudulently did make it through the signature verification process and were counted as legitimate votes.

Massive Scandal Unfolding in Colorado Proving Elections Are Rigged, and the Cover Up Is Real – Free Tina Peters NOW

Former Mesa County Clerk and Gold Star Mother, Tina Peters, is sitting in prison right now for preserving her own election records following the 2020 election before Dominion Voting Systems and Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, could come in and erase them. Peters was following state and federal law to preserve those records, while Dominion and SOS Griswold are more likely the criminals unlawfully erasing them. This persecution of the innocent and promotion of criminality was a hallmark of the Biden era.

Trump’s DOJ has filed a statement of interest in Peter’s case, and President Trump himself has called attention to the fact that the persecution of Tina Peters is nothing more than Democrats covering up their own election crimes:

In the last week, new bombshell revelations have emerged out of Colorado that show there is a massive cover up of election crimes, just as President Trump stated.

“They didn’t think I had it”: Tina Peters on evidence, betrayal and faith behind bars

They were right. The chats contradicted testimony from individuals who had denied involvement in conversations related to the Mesa County forensic images. And Peters was able to present them in court.

Peters was ultimately convicted on seven of ten counts, including three felony charges of attempting to influence a public servant. But the jury also acquitted her of three charges: criminal impersonation, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation – and identity theft. Those acquittals followed the introduction of the Signal chat evidence and testimony from key witnesses.

What the jury never heard

Despite the bombshell, Peters said she was blocked from referencing any of the Mesa County forensic reports during her trial.

Those reports, based on forensic images taken before a state-mandated software update wiped critical data from county voting machines, documented what she calls the core of her concern: nearly 30,000 deleted or overwritten election records, use of uncertified or noncompliant voting software and evidence of cellular and Wi-Fi access to systems.

She was jailed in October 2024. The fourth Mesa County report was released in February 2025. Peters has not yet read it, but she remains adamant that the earlier reports contained material evidence that should have been allowed in court.

“I wasn’t even allowed to talk about the reports,” she said. “But the reports are why I’m here.”
