Freaky license plate

I recently saw a Maryland license plate that had 666 in it, but it had a Jesus fish on the frame.

Was it a black or dark blue Buick or something similar. A few years ago some a-hole going to my parents neighborhood almost hit me as I was getting out my car in front of my parents house. It was dark, my door was open and the interior light on so I was visable. They came rolling down the street and within a few inches of me. There was a 666 in the tag number. The next day I saw the guy that lives in the house getting his mail and told him he needed to tell his visitors that this was a residential area and the speed limit was 25 not 50. He got a tude and to this day gives me dirty looks when I'm at my parents and he sees me outside. :duh:

I was in WV and saw a license plate that said OJ 911, and I'm pretty sure it was just the luck of the draw

Unless it says "666Rules"...then I think it is luck of the draw. What I still question is the 333 s...............when I first moved down here to southern Maryland I was told that the plates with the three threes symbolized a member of the Klan or "white supremacist" :twitch:

Plot for a horror story--imagine that the letters on the 666 license plates are actually clues to the identity of the Antichrist.

When my parents bought my oldest sister her first car (non-hand-me-down), the tags that they got for it started with 666. They returned them to DMV and got new ones.

Years ago I had "SSA" on my tags. That was it just "SSA" I had paid to get them. I tried to get them the next time tags came out but they said NO, they found it to be offensive to others, ASS backwards.

The Smoking Gun just ran a story the other day about personalized license plates . . . here .

Go all the way to the end to pages 19 & 20 to see the list of "banned" plates. Definitely a testament to the creativity of Americans.

I remember back in my teen years, there was a little blue-haired lady in the Leonardtown area with tags that read SIX66. Even though I was in a heavy metal band at the time, I thought it odd that someone would choose that.

Ok.. umm I almost thought you all were referring to my plates lol BUt I dont have MD plates..lol and I dont have a dark color car..lol
THe only reason mine has the numbers 666 after the name on it is because 777 was taken.. I wanted 777 ( ya know the neighbors of the beast...lol) SO instead my husband decided 666 was fine too.. SIgh.. men... BUt I like my plates..
But I am no way a devil worshiper.. As a matter of fact.. I am Pagan/Wiccan.

My work phone number has 666 in it. That was through "luck of the draw" as well, but during a recent office move, our phone numbers moved with us. So 666 followed me. In fact, the last 4 numbers of the phone number are 6661. So I guess I'm the "Evil One", huh?

i lived in north carolina for awhile. in 1997 there was a line of tags issued that had KRP on them. mine was KRP 123. the funny thing was that my car was a P.O.S. Everyone used to tease me about my krappy car. now the tags for residents of the outer banks, n.c. start out with OBX like those stupid stickers that everyone has on their vehicles now. sorry if that offends anyone. that's the way that they spot the tourists down there. nobody who lives there buys them. :howdy:

Not at all. I am not superstitious. My cat crosses my path all the time, I have a broken mirror and walk under ladders.

and how many times have you tripped/slipped and strained/sprained something? :really:
